Room, Walls, and "Whiteboards"

All the teams need to be together in one big room, with one large team table for each team.

e.g., 3 teams -> 3 big tables.

Each team needs to be close to a large (at least 2 meters high by 4 meters wide) "blank" wall area, without bumps, art, etc. Just a big flat space. This wall area will eventually (done by the teams) be covered with "magic whiteboard" material, and visual management areas.

Table Layout

Each team (of 7 people) needs to be together at one table. Each team has their own table. The team members surround their table, facing each other. Computers will be set up on each table.
