Craig Larman Author of some popular texts on agile methods and on software analysis & design: Scaling Lean & Agile Development Agile & Iterative Development: A Manager's Guide Applying UML & Patterns: Introduction to Object-Oriented Analysis & Design, & Iterative Development My current focus is scaling lean and agile methods for a single product group of 200 to 2000 people (Asia, Europe & NA—usually multisite including offshore), and large (10,000+ people) enterprise transformations to lean and agile methods. Collecting these as tips to be call Large-Scale Scrum. Much of my work is in the telecommunications domain and in large embedded systems, but I also have helped agile adoptions in financial and other sectors.	What's New Recommended readings. Here is the Lean Thinking house, that summarizes the Toyota Way. Reflecting my work over recent years, my latest book is Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Thinking & Organizational Tools for Large-Scale Scrum, with my co-author Bas Vodde, who has long and in-depth experience with very large agile product development and enterprise transformations (at Nokia Networks and NSN). The "...Thinking & Organizational Tools" book has a companion (second) book, which will be printing in early 2009. Also co-authored with Bas Vodde. The title is Practices for Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Successful Large, Multisite & Offshore Products with Large-Scale Scrum Sample FEATURE TEAMS chapter from new book—We've provided the sample chapter on Feature Teams here.
