Whiteboard-Like Solutions

  • ORDER THESE ASAP
  • Because there are exercises involving whiteboards or "WHITEBOARD CLING-SHEETS", the students need 1 large 'board area' per table. This can be achieved either by existing whiteboards on the walls, or (usually more easily) by supplying (per class, not per table) a total of FOUR ROLLS OF "WHITEBOARD CLING-SHEETS".

Walls

  • IF "WHITEBOARD CLING-SHEETS" ARE USED (this is common), THEN IT IS CRITICAL THAT each team needs lots CLEAR FLAT wall space for this. To be clear: There must be lots of clear empty wall space, and we must be able to use the walls, and put things on the walls.

Room

  • People will be organized into table-teams, averaging 5 or 6 people per team. The tables are ideally in separate islands, circular or square, with a team at each.

Table Layout

  • Round tables are ideal, but we can live with rectangular layouts
  • Tables should not be against the walls; we are using the walls as a working area in this course.
  • Distribute the tables throughout the room

Supplies for the Coach/Speaker

Read this: Supplies - for Coach Use

Computers, Software and Networking

  • Internet access for the coach; it is not needed for the students
