Room and Tables

We need a probably BIG room. Context: People will be organized into table groups, averaging 5 people per group. e.g., 6 or 7 tables if 35 people. The tables are ideally in separate islands, circular or square, with a group at each. And we need a big room because of the wall requirements...

Walls and Whiteboards

There are several WALL activities/exercises with causal loop modeling that involve HUGE clear wall space. Therefore:
>> We need 4 clear flat wall areas (nothing on the walls) that are at least 3m wide by 2m high.

These clear wall areas will be covered with a special material called (for example) "cling sheets". And not just any "cling sheet", but one of these brands:
>> (BEST option) Wall Wizard *Refill* Rolls of 28 inches wide and 40 ft long. -- no need to buy the original box. http://wizardwall.com/Replacement-Rolls-c12/

>> (ok option - Europe) Magic Whiteboard. http://www.magicwhiteboard.co.uk

>> (ok option - North & South America) Magic Whiteboard. http://www.magicwhiteboardproducts.com

All these may be available at Amazon.
The coach may ask you to order these cling sheets, or may bring them, depending on situation.

Table Layout

  • Round tables are ideal, but we can live with rectangular layouts
  • Tables should not be against the walls; we are using the walls as a working area in this course.
  • Distribute the tables throughout the room

Computers, Software and Networking

  • Internet access for the coach; it is not needed for the participants
